This exquisite set of high-performance kitchen knives stems from a collaboration between the Italian chef Gualtiero Marchesi - arguably the founder of modern Italian cuisine - and Coltellerie Berti, a Tuscan company famous worldwide for the first-rate quality, artistry, and authenticity of its production.

The full tang blades are laser cut from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and hand-sharpened. The traditional riveted handles are made of black plexiglass, a durable material, resistant to weathering and shock.
